If the Services were marked as a gift or purchased with coupon codes, and then returned directly to us, Then our hosting team member will review the status of your account and after deducting the promo code amount you will get the amount which you have paid and also it can be deducted the amount of using hosting for the days. One of our hosting sales executive member can send you a message on WhatsApp to confirmation the amount after accepting. you will be get paid or refunded. .
Refunding the amount to your required payment method can take 20 to 30 days before 30 days it cannot be possible so don’t be panic just check out our refund policies
